Environmental policyTHOMSON BROADCAST is committed to provide our customers with products meeting the highest standards regarding energy efficiency and environmental standards.
All our products marketed in the European Community are compliant with the Waste Electrical Equipment and Electronic (WEEE) directive and the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive when applicable.
We inform our customers that our products are intended for professional use and are not considered as “WEEE from private households”. As allowed by WEEE Directive, our standard sales conditions do not include any cost for the collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of WEEE, i.e. that the responsibility for the disposal of WEEE is transferred to the customer. THOMSON BROADCAST will be pleased to provide you upon request with an offer for WEEE disposal.
